The Richmond Hill Winter Carnival returns this year on Saturday, February 7 and Sunday, February 8, 2026, bringing two full days of winter fun to Mill Pond Park in the heart of Richmond Hill.
Running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, the annual, volunteer-run festival celebrates the season with free, family-friendly activities for all ages. Highlights include children’s games and crafts, live entertainment, birds-of-prey demonstrations, food vendors, and classic winter contests, along with a popular Sunday pancake breakfast.
Admission is free, with optional carnival buttons available for purchase to support the event and enter prize draws. Set against the snowy backdrop of Mill Pond, the Winter Carnival remains one of Richmond Hill’s most anticipated community gatherings of the season.
