Customer Usability Focus Group
York Region is inviting residents to take part in a one-hour, in-person focus group to evaluate and improve the usability of its website, york.ca. The sessions will be conducted by their research partner, Northern Commerce, and participant anonymity will be fully maintained.

Location: One-hour sessions will be held in person at 17150 Yonge Street, Newmarket.
Eligibility:
Participants will be asked to share some basic details such as age, location, and their level of comfort using websites.
Incentives: Light refreshments and a small thank-you gift will be provided to those selected who complete the study.
