Tea Takes Centre Stage at Richmond Hill Public Library: A Well-Received Celebration of Culture, Creativity & Community

Today, the Richmond Hill Public Library (RHPL) hosted a delightful lineup of tea-themed events that drew residents of all ages to the Central Branch and beyond. From creative workshops to sensory explorations of tea culture, the day’s festivities were widely praised by community members for their welcoming atmosphere and engaging activities.
The library’s Tea Marketplace — running from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. — was the focal point of the celebration, featuring local tea vendors showcasing a rich variety of blends and products. Visitors sipped, sampled, and shared stories about their favourite teas, creating an energetic yet relaxed environment in the library’s main hall.
