Carol Davidson is Richmond Hill’s Ward 1 councillor for Oak Ridges. A longtime resident and former CTV journalist, she has also worked in consulting, research, and federal contracts. Her council priorities include growth management, traffic calming, park infrastructure, and resident engagement through the Ward 1 Civic Engagement Committee.
