​Canada has officially commenced its federal election campaign, with voting day set for April 28, 2025. In the Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill riding, the list of confirmed candidates is still being finalized. So far Costas Menegakis, the CPC candidate has been confirmed.  According to Elections Canada, the nomination period remains open until April 7, 2025, and the complete list of candidates will be available on April 9, 2025.

In the Richmond Hill South riding Ebrahim Astaraki, Vincent Ho, Majid Jowhari, and Alison Lam are confirmed candidates of the NDP, CPC, LPC and GPC parties respectively. Yan Wang is an independent candidate.

Voters are encouraged to consult the Elections Canada website for the most up-to-date information on candidates in their respective ridings.
