Undisclosed Female, 44 at Major Mackenzie Dr. E & Bayview
A 44-year-old cyclist woman was struck by a dump truck in Richmond Hill and pronounced dead at the scene shortly after York Region police responded to the collision on May 6th around 1 p.m. in the Bayview Ave. and Woodriver St. area.
The driver of the dump truck remained at the scene of the collision. Following a police investigation, the driver identified as 55-year-old Balwinder Singh, of Brampton, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death.
